Bhagavad Gita 5.10 — Like a lotus leaf
ब्रह्मण्याधाय कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा करोति यः। लिप्यते न स पापेन पद्मपत्रमिवाम्भसा ॥
brahmaṇyādhāya karmāṇi saṅgaṃ tyaktvā karoti yaḥ | lipyate na sa pāpena padmapatramivāmbhasā ||
Meaning
One who offers all actions to God and acts without attachment is not touched by sin, just as water does not cling to a lotus leaf.
In today's life
Work fully in the world but don't let results stick to your mind — live like the lotus, in the water yet untouched by it.
