Bhagavad Gita 1.10 — Comparing the two armies
अपर्याप्तं तदस्माकं बलं भीष्माभिरक्षितम्। पर्याप्तं त्विदमेतेषां बलं भीमाभिरक्षितम् ॥
aparyāptaṃ tadasmākaṃ balaṃ bhīṣmābhirakṣitam | paryāptaṃ tvidameteṣāṃ balaṃ bhīmābhirakṣitam ||
Meaning
Our strength, protected by Bhishma, is beyond measure, while their strength, protected by Bhima, is limited. (Some read it the other way: ours seems insufficient, theirs sufficient.)
